M Allen,

If this is all true, which I there is no reason for me not to right now, why would they be doing that now? Don't you think they would have been doing this during the run-up with the days of 500K+ shares traded? If I had held on to the warrents since last year, that is what I would have done, especially when I held over 1Mil. Why lock in profits at a low point like this? Do you think they are easily moved by emotions like the average investor?

P.S. and when the S-1 gets approved that means there will be more people that could buy the stock.
