That may be substantially true, but it was not the point that engendered this discussion.

It was one of several points that started this conversation and it was the one getting the most attention. E's point about millions of dollars in bank accounts has IMO not been as solidly established. If it is true it could still be that the plan is to use this money over time, or to keep it as a reserve in case the order does encounter a funding shortfall. If someone had real evidence that these accounts were basically personal slush funds grabbed by the nuns for their personal enrichment then they would have a very effective attack on MT (either as being a fraud or as being incompetent in the management of her subordinates) but I haven't heard people really even claiming this let alone showing evidence for it.
