So here is a crazy, crazy thought. Most of these big power users have some sort of contract with the Util's to supply "X" amount of power at "X" cost. But now there is a heavy premium on price and demand. So what if I strike a deal with the local Util. "I'll give you back one week of power, if you exclude my grid from rolling blackouts?" Util saves the power. SUNW picks the time in advance, gives employees the week off (so no surprises during production and they have to pay employees, even if they can't work during the blackout=payroll savings). Sunw manages productivity, saves a little juice and cuts a deal with the Util to keep the power turned on.

Not saying this is what produced the stock price swing, but quite a scenario, if one thinks outside of the box!
