Sorry, didnt mean to make you hurt yourself. Regarding RFMD, I read that the lockup on some shares owned by TRW expired and they can now dump freely. Probably why it was upgraded. Have to make sure there are buyers when you are a big player and want to dump your shares quick befor the next down turn. -NG- Good Luck, Lee
