A small beg to differ, JL. Changing the policy on CO2 and backing out of the Kyoto treaty are just two examples of America saying "we're gonna do what we're gonna do and we don't much care what the rest of the world thinks." That's aggressive and confrontational.Now Bush wants to practically abrogate the ABM treaty that has worked for over 25 years.
