is, well dumb. It's dumb because I don't see how anyone get's rich in teaching. As to the poor getting poorer, don't see that either. The un educated are likely to be poor and remain poor. But poorer????

It is clear that many private schools do well for a lot less money. Voucher's gives all an opportunity to chose an opportunity and not be trapped by corrupt school/government bureaucracy. Vouchers will provide more money to the most efficient in education.

Also I don't see Vouchers as tying funding to test performance. Is getting a job in planning for future energy requirements in CA based on attendance and not performance????
