FYI. Some one had posted this on Yahoo.

I'm not a professional trader. I'm a professional though, a systems analyst in the ebusiness world. I've been watching USWC for some time now. Here's the story.

The FCC issued a ruling that requires cellular carriers to provide Phase II 911 access for their cellular networks beginning Oct 1 of this year. The Phase II ruling requires the carriers be able to locate the cellular caller within a certain acceptable tolerance from where they are calling. Currently, when you call 911 on a cellular phone, they cannot locate your position.

The centers who process the 911 calls have already been requesting cellular networks for this service which they need to provide within a six month time frame of the request. USWC has a proven technology called Radio Camera which has the ability to locate a 911 caller and track them if they are on the highway.

They have been deploying their system in large cities over the past year and expect to receive contracts before Oct 1, most likely sooner. This is a stock which had two very POSITIVE days and will move higher in the next six months. I'm a small time trader with about 2,200 shares of USWC. I really believe in this company and hope you will research it also and find that it is a worthwhile technology. They are getting some revenues now in other applications of their technology including telematics.

USWC is a gamble, there is strong competition and the cellular carriers are playing a waiting game with the FCC. But from what I have been reading and learning over the past two years, I believe it's a gamble that can pay great dividends. Nice play on words hugh!

Here's a web site for you to do some research. Don't take my word for it, research it yourself. I'm really only a small time investor hoping to pay my house off with this one.

Good Luck...
