Dan, have you been on vacation? Your interesting thoughts are missed. I have been looking at the logic of a combination of aCMG with CFB. Acmg has a $7mm tax loss, on Cfb's books it is worth $2.8mm, also the 2.5% nsr is worth 4mm shs of CFb stock. additonally, we have a net profit interest on the old mill of 1mm plus the property. I think Cfb is going to do an amalgamation. My advice would to be do it on a 10 to 1 basis. cfb would then have 27mm shs outstanding. a good deal for both. i wonder if Bill Moeller has thought about this? Your comments please? I hear that the silver will be on the platter soon at the clifton mine. good news for both. vargas
