Jim- I just took notice of the above. Overall, I would say it's only me on the LM that is skeptical about SPs and their equipment providers. And I'm really most skeptical of any companies that attempt to take on the incumbents or use the FCC as their reason for exsistance. elamatador of course is skeptical on any DSL rollouts. But other than that, I think there are a lot of optimists on this thread that believe a CLEC can be successful with BBFW, fiberless optics, satellite, etc...

And I'm starting to be more optimistic that the capex isn't really dried up as much as wall street paints it. Capex is only going through a shift as the CLECs have been taken out of the picture. -MikeM(From Florida)
