Surgeon General will focus on rates of suicide in the United States. Announced yesterday on the news wires.

I have heard one effort already underway toward reducing suicide rates will include emergency teams from the federal reserve who will rush to jump sites and pad the impact points with mountains of paper currency allocated for this effort. The money will then be recycled in the form of permanent repos into the banking system. A kind of blood money if you will.
