Every right winger in the country was claiming that the 1993 deficit reduction Act would lead to recession. Dole was almost in tears when he made his plea on television. Rush promised the worst recession since 1929.

Instead, the economy took off. Amazing that Right wing think tanks are still spewing their pathetic theories, in light of the obvious empirical evidence.
