george, I don't know if they can issue more stock now that PMDTF is on the pink sheets. I'm sure he has got companies in mind. He's been in the industry for awhile. It's trying to find a smart enough company to realize parks potential in this field. Supposedly they still have backorders with payments coming in. But I imagine they are keeping a skeleton crew for everything. (approx. 45 left out of 100). What do you mean private placement? doug
