Carl, I knew you were letting more than one person post under the "Bilow" SI identity!!!

In a rapidly degrading market environment, with cost cutting and vicious market share grabs now the rage de jour, Who will survive? Who will gain market share and come out stronge than they were a year ago, competitively speaking? Who will be bought, or driven into bankruptcy?

Which technologies, memory or otherwise, do the strong and the weak support? Are either likely to change their allegience? If so, why?

Three winners look pretty tall right now...Samsung, Intel and Dell. Plenty of cash.....still profitable while their competitors struggle.

Even with all the dark clouds around the trial (ain't that a story to be told when all the dust finally clears - where is my settlement???) you have to look at RDRAM and these guys and say....HMMMM.
