Dear Neo, I speak sometimes with opinion and I never make an assertion of fact the is not true and verifiable. You posted a page that speak not of the rules of the game of Soccer but as to the laws of the game. I have substantial knowledge and training in the game of soccer and any who study the game seriously first and foremost learn the rules of the game. In soccer there are no rules in playing the game. The fact that soccer has laws and not rules is a long standing tradition and that tradition is followed in America. So Neo your attempt to claim by misdirection the validity of a point while you are in total error in knowledge of the facts is amusing. You only show by your persistence your lack of knowledge of the game and it's traditions.
