Susie, I got the report fresh off the presses and it looked ok, guidance was fairly positive. However, reading on down was an announcement that the CFO left. Personally that wouldn't bother me, but I've been in this game long enough to know, it's a red flag, so off went the other 1/2 at $3.35. Fred
