I'd like another opp like early April: some of the best tech cos in the teens.

Definitely?
No.
Perhaps the thing to do is use the cash to buy those favorites, sell and trade some and begin to accumulate some of the shares, always getting back into at least SOME cash in case of an Naz 1700 type meltdown.
Definitely a toughie.
