- Agreement to Modify Terms & Conditions Attached to Warrants

Daryl Pollock, President of Olympic Resources Ltd. (the "Company"),
announces that the Company has by resolution of the Board of Directors agreed to modify the terms and conditions attached to warrants issued by the Company.

1,999,000 Series "D" Share Purchase Warrants which are due to expire June 9, 1997 (as to 1,629,000 Warrants) and August 14, 1997 (as to 370,000 Warrants) will be extended for exercise to June 10, 1998 and be re-priced for exercise at a price of $1.20 per warrant.

200,000 Series "E" Agent's Warrants which are due to expire June 9, 1997 (as to 163,000 Warrants) and August 14, 1997 (as to 37,000 Warrants) will be extended for exercise to June 10, 1998, and be re-priced for exercise at a price of $1.20 per warrant.

1,500,000 Series "F" Share Purchase Warrants which are due to expire June 16, 1997 (as to 50,000 Warrants) will be extended for exercise to June 10, 1998. The exercise price per warrant will remain at $2.50 per warrant.

75,000 Series "G" Agent's Warrants which are due to expire June 16, 1997 (as to 72,500 Warrants) and July 23, 1997 (as to 2,500 Warrants) will be extended for exercise to June 10, 1998. The exercise price per warrant will remain at $2.50 per warrant.

Doesn't look like management is too inspired to do anything this year after the Bre-X fiasco. Perhaps next year?!! To buy or not to buy, that is the question.
