There is also market cap requirement, but I don't remember the figure. Something like $3 or $5 M. If $3 M, we are still OK; If $5 M, we are under. The share price requirement I think is $1. But NASDAQ often gives very extended grace period. Companys are more likely to be delisted when they fail to meet
BOTH share price AND market cap requirements for extended time.
