"The Company has been notified by the American Stock Exchange ("Amex") that the Amex is initiating a review of the Company's eligibility for continued listing on the Amex." Does anyone know how much time a company has to file a Form 8-K disclosing an event such as that reported by Ampex today? Wouldn't one think that the recent spate of activity we've witnessed represents one form of response to the inquiry? Given that the stock is still trading circa $ .50, do any of you fear an impending reverse split? I suppose we'll soon see the remainder of whatever cards Mr. Bramson has been holding close to the vest. RR
