Good points in your post This verdict will be a significant price moving event for MSFT and will probably enable it to break through the $72/73 barrier. Once past this level it can rise with relatively little overhang of 'stale' stock upto $90. I think that the institutions are well aware of this and are trying to keep the stock below $70 while they accumulate more stock. Anybody selling short or selling covered calls needs to be very careful, because the verdict could be out any day and they will not have time to cover as the stock gaps 5-10 points. Thomas
