Thanks for info Paul... I have been through this kind of thing personally with company I work for. The deal ain't done till it is done. Attorneys always have a way of stirring the pot, too, and it can get quite exasperating.... But it is a gutsy call on CW's part to reject a bad offer, if she did in fact do as you say... Kudos to Charlotte! Even though I dislike it in the short term, the value of the company is still retained for long run, and company can look for better deal elsewhere. Please continue to keep us informed as you hear the winds blow out there.
