Bush Appoints GOP Donors to Diplomatic Posts around the world. Yup, 22 out of 27 foreign plum jobs have been given to GOP donors with NO PRIOR DIPLOMATIC EXPERIENCE.

I look for great things from this group.

At this point in Clinton's first administration, he had appointed 23 people to diplomatic posts, all career diplomats from the foreign service.
