Hi all; I just went back and reread Judge Payne's March 15th Markman Memorandum, and it is clear that by "multiplexed" he refers to a bus where data, address, and control all go out on the same set of wires. The only reasonable way of interpreting this is to interpret it as including only buses where the wires contain all three types of information.

It's pretty clear that SDRAM and DDR have all data on the data bus, it is never multiplexed with any other information.

For the above reason, it is pretty clear that the judge ends this trial with a finding that Infineon didn't infringe as a matter of law. He now has both briefs, but I don't know when he will make his ruling. But this could come at any time, and it will likely be presaged by his stating that he intends on doing it before he actually does it. You will very likely find it profitable to clean, test and use your sell button.
