Yes, despite idiotic comments made by folks on another thread, prices here on the water are on a very long term up trend. I figure that should go on for about 1,500,000 more years, give or take a few thousand. There have been decades that were net flat. Who cares. I'll take 5-7% compounding over 40 years no problem.
