At 7:30 the naz futures were down 4.5 points. Shortly after the powers that be bumped them to up 12 points to suck in pre market gamblers. JNPR and CIEN both jumped a couple of points on pretty good volume.

I guess if you are so unaware of what is going on in the market that you chase stock up two point right before unemployment number you deserve what you get.
