That was a recount of just some of the protested ballots.Ballots that were rejected outright were not re-examined.

It all depends on how extensive the recount is. The more extensive the recount the better Gore came out.

Can Bush hide from the fact that 700,000 more Americans voted for Gore than did for him? Do you really believe that the majority of Americans are satisfied that George stole it.
