I would summarize Ms. Layton's CC as follows: “We have a new business plan to be a global, voice-application, software company that is cash-flow positive within five quarters although we had only $16,000 in software license revenue last quarter, losses of $7 million, and only enough cash to last until October 2001. We will do this with a new sales and technical management team. All your prior problems are not my fault. Trust me.”
