John,
Your post #11862 is a statement. There is no questioned asked.

<<Prove to the rest of these good folks that I am (1) trading IPM, (2) shorting IPM [either directly(thru Canada) or thru a third party, (3) am associated with a MM, (4) am associated with any financial related firm that woudl put me in conflict of interest with respect to IMPCF.>>

Post #11863 is my post. I asked you to ANSWER questions. Why can't you just ANSWER the question? I don't have to prove anything - you simply have to be honest and answer these questions - which I might add your cabal was most insistent that I answer - which I did as I have nothing to hide. To help out, here are the questions again. Answer them. What's that? Oh, alright. "Please".

[snip]

You were amoung those who never answered the questions:

1) Are you trading IPMCF stock?
2) Are you shorting IPMCF stock through a third party?
3) Are you associated with a Market Maker?
4) Are you associated with any financial-related firms that
would put you in a conflict of interest with respect to IPMCF?

Answer the questions. We are all waiting.
[end snip]

Just bloody well answer the questions, John. You sure do seem agitated. Are you afraid to publicly tell the world the answers? Silence is not necessarily an admission of guilt. You have the right to avoid self-incrimination. You have the right to remain silent.

<<I'm going to be on you like stink on s**t.>>

Culture. Grace. Erudition. Subtlety. That's what I like about you Mr. Brefeld <G> But tell me, how do you really feel? Perhaps you could substitute IP**F for s**t in your pananathema?

<<Every post, David, will be answered with posts # 11862 and 11863. Until you can answer them to everyone's satisfaction. Goodnight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>>

uhhmm ... Ok with me. Text-book raving, but if I follow you, then: Once again, for the public record:

I, David G. Findley, assert that:

1) I do not and have not traded IPMCF stock.
2) I do not and have not shorted IPMCF stock.
3) I am not and have never been associated with a Market Maker.
4) I am not and have not ever associated with any financial-related firms that would put me in a conflict of
interest with respect to IPMCF.

Everyone, let John know when you are satisfied. This could take a while, John, given the wide variance of personalities, likes, dislikes, etc.

all the best,
David G. Findley
