Important supports for individual issues to maintain their bullish posture: HAL (41.05), GLBL (14.70/14.50), TDW (44.60), RIG (50.60) and WFT (53.45). 12:06 ET Telecom Carriers : In an extensive research report out today, Morgan Stanley talks positively about telecom carriers, as reduced capex in the coming years will usher in a return to positive cash flow; says that local carriers are in the best position to benefit. Rates SBC and VZ as Strong Buys, also rates AT&T (T) as a Strong Buy, as valuation adequately reflects risks.
