mindmeld: Having pinpointed your own position somewhere plus or minus about a year (was it "early '97" or "four years ago [in Jan 24 2000]"... it can't be both)... I was chuckling because you demand to be told within an hour of establishing a position. You are one of the better ones at disclosing your position. Mine is also precisely known. We both have our money where our mouth is and that makes for pretty assertive discussion. But as far as requiring all opinions to be substantiated by action? That is going a bit far. Opinions are opinions after all. Some guys, with all of their wondering, well, they'd probably be buying and selling from themselves and crowing about how good they are. I am not accusing you of being amongst the revisionist crowd. Just suggesting that there should be room for opinions for their own sake. John.
