Like I said in my PM to you the other day, I'm willing to let you have my proxies and vote as you see fit. I think what really needs to be done is to start looking towards next years meeting and see what we may want to put to vote up at next years annual meeting. I know I know we may not be in business next year, but we need to to together and plan just in case we do have a meeting. We have until Dec. the 2nd 2001 to write and get the proposal submitted!
