Hi Dino. To answer your first question, The road show is now being organized. All the large cities will be visited, eg. N.Y., L.A., Chicago, Boston etc. There will also be stops in Europe. There will be stops in other locations as well. If I find anything out, I will post it. I believe that we should consider that 60 day window from the time that all of the details are released, which will probably be in late June or July. With the money from the secondary offering, the timing of the agreement becomes less pressing. Hopefully, there is more than one company interested and the leverage will now swing to Zonagen, so they can negotiate the best deal. Good luck!
