The mail came. Got my proxy. OK, I can't bring myself to vote to keep the current board intact, so rather than try to figure out who should go, I will "withhold all nominees". Again, unless some bigger shareholders do the same (now that would be something!), I don't expect it to effect the results - it's simply a statement of displeasure. Regarding the option plan pool, though I'd obviously be concerned if any new options were issued to the current management team (and I note that Brock, Schum and Vitale all got new options last year, albeit at over $6 for Brock and Vitale), it is important to have available shares in the pool should the company ever be in a position to hire again. Regarding the purchase plan, 20,000 shares at 85% of market is not significant, either as a potential benefit or as a potential benefit cost. Voting now. Bob
