Just got mine delivered, too.

The Pony Express is doing better these days. Perhaps it's because of the increase in postage rates. I hope *somebody* is benefitting from that.

Re: binding ... only ONE staple ??? In the upper left hand corner. Could have at least put in 3. Sheesh.

Minimum age of directors is 53. That's Richard T. Brock. At least the BOD has folks who *should* have some experience behind them. John Keane is no slouch when it comes to business. I'd like to get his take on this mess.

I'm voting FOR stock option plan amendments. Haven't decided what to do about BOD yet. Like it matters what I think? I suspect there's enough shares being held by the BOD members that a shareholder uprising wouldn't mean squat anyway.

Will one of you financial types out there explain to me what it means when the "Net Revenues" column has steadily decreasing numbers since 1996 ? That's not good, right?

The good news is that Net Loss decreased from '96 to '97. But, it has decreased every year since. That's not good, right?

Under "Our Firstwave Team" in RTB's Letter to Shareholders, he states "During the past year, Firstwave has continued to attract talented, veteran CRM employees". That's good, right?

I wonder if those are some of the same ones that the folks on the Yahoo board were commenting lost their jobs?

Regards,
