There are 3 risks with MSFT:

(1) NC - thin client approach taking off. I doubt it.
WHo would you rather bet with? the MSFT+INTC+CPQ+DELL+HWP
camp or SUNW+ORCL+NSCP camp. IBM has it's own OS on its NC.

(2) Key execs retiring at MSFT. But the management team is still
young and restless. I think we are OK for 10 more years.

(3) The Dept of Justice intervening: But why would they and how
could they?. Isn't MSFT helping Seattle City, Wahington State
and US in general with more exports, better productivity,..

These are all risks. The rest is left to MSFT. There is competition
in some areas but I think MSFT is strong enough to fight out all
of them and increase shareholder value.

Someone asked me what is the peak stock price MSFT ever hit. My
answer is go look at the sticker. Same asnwer anyday for the
next 10 years. I will be correct within 10%.

I think this Q they will blow out 80c+. Stock willhit 135 - 145
by end of July. Then by September may be 150 - 165, if EPS looks
good again.
