Try to get a backup system if possible, as it will relieve a lot of aggravation..... I have three different computers that can do what I need to watch my trading and timing stuff, and if the internet connection fails, I can manually punch in the basic numbers on my old Metastock program from CNBC on an old P100. If the cable crashes I can get Bloomberg on my solar radio, and if the electricity fails a small TV can operate from my solar system with battery backup..... All this helps me relax....
