Possible next steps: 1. Royalty payments continue. 2. Existing paying licensees will insist that continuing payments to rmbs will be held in trust until the appeals are exhausted? 3. They stop payments completely. Immediately. Somehow, 2 seems like a plausible scenario. SbH
