Well you could say Bundesbank owns it, but who might they owe it to??? <VBG> If Clinton was able to bail out Mexico via the ESF as the article implys, how does the US get it back?? What was the condition of the swap?

I know we can't answer this but would shed insight to how much this is going to cost the US to get it back IF they want it.
