Neocon,

The problem is that either side is always arguable, assuming an attorney is worth a damn. My issue is with the politicization of the judiciary. That 5 person SCT majority moves lock step with a particular political bent (as does the 4 person minority). In a perfect world, the law would be above politics. This ain't no perfect world, though.
