So in your view this would be a reason to piss off the Russians by violating the ABM Treaty and have them stop dismantling their missiles?? Did it occur to you that the Russians have the same type of safeguards in place that we do and that a single "captain" cannot launch a missile? And if it were possible why would it be a Russian launching against us rather than some paranoid conservative launching against them.? What's the matter with you connies, was the world getting too peaceful for you?
