Anyone who wants can have half my shares at $4 and the rest anywhere over $6. ;<) Details on the strike settlement here - nytimes.com. The last uncertainty has lifted now. LPAC is a terrific micro cap with a proven track record to generate several million in profits this year. Even a joke PE of 10 should double the stock from here. Time to rock and roll.
