“”this claim wasn't even that good (and that claim was borderline absurd)!”” I had no illusions, especially after last Friday sidebar discussions between the Judge and lawyers, that RMBS’s infringement claims didn’t have a prayer. However the JEDEC fraud and antitrust counterclaims is another matter, with this Jury and with the testimony given so far, I believe that here RMBS has a great shot. Furthermore I don’t know what happen to the motion by MU to join, if the Judge accepts it, I think that the verdict on the counterclaims might be binding to MU. If and only if RMBS prevails, it would render IFX and MU defenseless on possible future infringement lawsuits. Regards, ST Ps This is only on the US theater, the European front is another matter.
