Al, I'll take Innova Lifesciences Corp - IVO-T

This stock could have won the contest last week and I'm hoping there will be a further move up next week, but who knows? The key was their first quarter results released last week that presented their first ever significant profit. This tends to validate the business plan that they've been executing for the last 5 years or so.

Some pluses:

o industry leading patented technology
o SGA expenses have been constant for the last 10 quarters while sales have been increasing at an annual rate of 15%
o Over 70% gross margin on their main product (dental implants). i.e. increased sales will now increase the bottom line at a higher rate than the rate of sales increase.
o high cost of entry for new competitors
o IVO has a small market share with room to pick up more share
o new products coming on-stream
o no DAMNED ANALYSTS follow this company

minuses:

o thinly traded
o IMO, vulnerable to a recession. Dental implants are more expensive than bridges or dentures.

Thanks, the gofer
