Real reason for the Upgrade from Josephthal & Co. for ITWO.
(it could be as true as this upgrade could turn out to be.)
$Josephthal & Co upgrades to STRONG BUY from BUY; firm has increased confidence that company's lowered expectations will be met or surpassed, based on recent changes to i2's sales model; foresees a potential increase in company's long-term growth rate based on the prospects for a very promising product initiative, which is expected to be unveiled next week.$
This statement does't hold Josephthal accountable for anything they are saying. It is just talk. Maybe the large brokers take turns upgrading stocks so the large investors can sell and get out and the little guy or gal is left on a sinking ship. From april 26 until now ITWO has gone from $15 to $24.

Buy on rumor, sell on fact.
There is almost a 100% chance ITWO will fall when this new product intitiative is finally announced. (probably not next week)
Read the upgrade carefully, it says expected to be unveiled next week.
Do you think a very promising product initiative, will be unveiled next week. I really wonder, but i don't know.
Maybe when this new promising product initiative is finally announced the large investors will have sold and maybe, even have taken a short postion. make money long and short. on every trade there is a buyer and a seller. I don't know what will happen but it will be very interesting.
