Razor,

I have read through some of your previous posts and didnt realize that you were a turnaround specialist and consultant. I notice you have had a continuing interest in FGH...now FGHLQ. I appreciate your input on this situation. It's all new to me and part of the ongoing learning process. To be honest, I am very happy that I currently have any value left in this position. It's probably a godsend that the shares are still trading after the chapter 11 announcement. From my experience, when FGHLQ starts moving, it seems to run a few days before stalling. thats about all I'm hoping for here. Since this latest news of the petition to ditch the petrodrill contracts wasnt out till after the close, we may get some decent opening action on Monday.

Funny how those in the know were buying before the announcement. LOL ya think thats a coincidence? Someone on another board mentioned that this one always moves ahead of any announcement. The news is definitely leaking on this one. The last day of trading on the NYSE is a great example, and friday's action is another great example..

All of us on the outside were just wondering what was going on, while the insiders were scooping up shares knowing full well that this announcement was coming.

I'm also in a position in another stock that just BK'd VYTL LOL that one hasn't started trading again. and may not, and has more debt than equity, so probably is even less attractive than FGHLQ as a speculative play.

What are your thoughts on this as a turnaround? You don't seem to optimistic. It is my belief that the tangible value of the shipyards is actually far in excess of the stated value. This real estate is probably not on the books at current values. Am I missing something here? I think this may turn out to be different than many other Chapter 11's where the company's stated value is "goodwill", receivables, etc. Although I will freely admit that I dont know S**T about any of this stuff. Appreciate your opinions as always..
