The debate will never happen because Clinton has too many unanswered questions. He will never answer them and he will never allow himself to be placed in a position where there is even the remotest possibility of these questions being asked. As president, he was able to use the power of the office to avoid these questions. As a citizen, his only method is to hide away and speak through 'friendss'

Look for this trend to continue indefinitely.

Mr Clinton tried to keep out of sight during the first 100 days of the new Administration and declined to talk about his successor. This week, however, he let his feelings be known through friends who spoke to The New York Times.
