If we taxed water more, we wouldn't have to build more dams and water projects. If we taxed food more, we wouldn't be so fat and unfit. If we taxed the internet, white people would go to the parks for amusement. If we taxed televisions, people would become literate and read. If we taxed autos they would ride bikes. If we taxed hate, they would practice love.

So has reducing consumption in Europe led to something wonderful or is 80% dependence on Nuclear generating in France a good thing. I submit when pols tinker with the free market it bodes ill for the economy and possibly the environment also.
