Yaacov I can not give any advice about buying/selling. As far as amd's problems then it is very unlikely that amd is in trouble. AMD's cash position is better than it has ever been. I have not heard anything about selling amd but I am sure that everything is for sale it is just matter of a price :-)) it is good time for amd now is intel in trouble by any chance since they have signed cross-licensing without any noise? This rambus deal should not play well for intel. Will intel's technology ever catch up with amd? <ggg> Regards -Albert
