James, what you said is true, but I believe that the last minute pardon's and the environmental and regulation crap will be the clearest and sharpest pointers that lead to debauched evaluation of mr. bill. Those last minute actions were 100% mr. bill. He signed the bottom line and no-one else.

The economy and his apparent need to molest females can be defended by the foolish, but the pardon's and his last minute attempts to bypass the congress are sins all his own. The fact that he agreed to a plea bargain in the end also was his name on the dotted line.
