Dear Patricia, I don't see it. I don't see any connection. California is free to buy energy from the lowest bidder and if they have already signed contracts that give anyone billions I don't see what the problem is. I don't see anyone holding a gun to anyone's head. With all the stupid people being guided by movie stars in California no one needs a gun to sucker retards.
